On the evening of March 13, the Da Nang Department of Tourism held a press conference to introduce the Da Nang Food Tour Festival 2025. Ms. Truong Thi Hong Hanh, Director of the Da Nang Department of Tourism, stated that the festival aims to create a new tourism product, enhance culinary and cultural experiences for visitors, and support the promotion of local businesses and food establishments.
The festival will officially open at 7:30 PM on March 28 with a spectacular art performance and various culinary showcases, including bartender performances and noodle dance demonstrations. The festival space will feature seven main culinary zones: Da Nang cuisine, Vietnamese regional cuisine, international cuisine, street food, traditional delicacies, countryside market, and beer & beverage area. Visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy over 200 signature dishes, ranging from Da Nang’s specialties like Mỳ Quảng (Quang-style turmeric noodles), Bún Mắm (fermented fish noodle soup), Cơm Gà (Vietnamese chicken rice), and Bánh Tráng Cuốn Thịt Heo (pork and fresh herbs wrapped in rice paper), to international cuisine from Korea, Japan, Europe-America, China, India, and Thailand. In addition to indulging in delicious food, guests can participate in hands-on experiences, such as making Bánh Xèo (Vietnamese savory pancakes), Gỏi Cuốn (fresh spring rolls), and Bánh Ít (sticky rice cakes). They can also enjoy live culinary performances and join the "More Than Delicious – Hunt for Da Nang Flavors, Redeem Exclusive Gifts" activity by collecting food-themed stickers and taking pictures at the festival.
This event is also part of the Da Nang Tourism Stimulus Program 2025, titled "Enjoy Da Nang 2025 –Diverse Experience." In support of the program, Nui Than Tai Hot Springs Park has sponsored 1,000 standard entry vouchers along with thousands of special discounts for visitors. This initiative promises to create a vibrant tourism promotion season, offering both domestic and international travelers unforgettable experiences when visiting Da Nang.
